A Quadriplegic Patient With Borderline Personality Disorder

Discussing treatment planning for a medically ill borderline patient this month is Dr. Marshall Thomas, who was chief resident in psychiatry and is now a career resident at Fort Logan Mental Health Center in Denver, and Dr. Troy Thompson, who is associate professor of psychiatry and medicine and acting director of the psychiatric liaison division at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver.
